Notice on the processing of personal data

What data we process, and why
This site is static and has no logged-in area. Personal data reaches us through two channels only:
- Email correspondence. Name, email address, company and message content, processed in order to answer the enquiry. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a)) and performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)). Retention: 24 months from the last contact, save for legal obligations.
- Technical browsing data. IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded in the server logs for security and diagnostics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: 12 months maximum.
The contact form sends no data to this site: it opens the visitor’s own mail client, which remains the only sender. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
Recipients and transfers
Data is accessible to the partners and authorised collaborators and to the hosting and email provider, appointed as processor under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. We neither sell nor disclose data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Rights of the data subject
At any time you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Simply write to info@synextia.it: we reply within thirty days. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Accessibility statement
Synextia Srl is committed to making its website accessible in line with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and the harmonised standard EN 301 549, which adopts WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Conformance status
The site conforms to WCAG 2.1 level AA. Verification was carried out by manual review of the semantic structure, keyboard navigation and contrast ratios.
Measures taken
- Collegamento «Skip to content» come primo elemento attivabile di ogni pagina.
- A hierarchical heading structure, ARIA landmarks and navigation fully operable from the keyboard, with an always-visible focus indicator.
- A contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large headings.
- Form fields with explicit labels; errors are described in words, not by colour alone.
- The opening animation can always be skipped and is omitted entirely when the visitor’s system asks for reduced motion.
- Text resizable up to 200% with no loss of content or function; no information conveyed by colour alone.
Accessibility settings panel
On every page, at the bottom left, a button opens the "Accessibility settings" panel. It can scale the content, increase text size, line height and letter spacing, switch to a more readable typeface, change text alignment, switch to high contrast, light background, greyscale or saturated colour, highlight links and headings, enlarge the pointer, stop animations, turn on a reading guide and reinforce the focus indicator. Preferences are stored on this device in a technical cookie, are cleared with "Reset settings" and are never shared with third parties. The panel is fully operable from the keyboard and closes with the Esc key; the button can be hidden for the current session.
Content not yet accessible
Downloadable documents in presentation format are not yet optimised for screen readers. On request we will supply the same content in an accessible format within five working days.
Feedback and enforcement procedure
Accessibility barriers can be reported to info@synextia.it: we reply within thirty days. If the reply is not satisfactory, you may contact the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), the national authority responsible for accessibility monitoring.
