Texhub & Texchain
Almost all the data is already in the ERP. Some is not: the data does not exist yet and has to be captured. Texhub is where it is created.
01 · Texhub
Where the missing data is created
Treasury, invoicing movements, sampling and shipments are run inside Texhub, which feeds the business intelligence dashboards. One single point of access to every live report: you arrive at an index, not a folder of files.
The dashboards share the same master data, so the numbers reconcile across reports. You start with one area and add the others without redoing the work.
Treasury budget
Open items, open orders, bills and bank advances.
Invoice movements
Reconciliations and administrative checks with no manual extracts.
Samples
Whether sampling turns into orders: margins, fulfilment, response by customer.
Shipment reconciliation
Delivery notes, shipments and freight costs assigned to the right customer — the basis of a reliable gross operating margin.
02 · CRM module
The customer makes sense in thirty seconds
One record per customer with KPIs, order and sample progress, commercial exposure and open complaints. And, next to the numbers, the AI reading: how it is going and why.
Back from a visit, the rep dictates the report aloud: the AI turns it into a write-up and next steps, confirmed with one tap. After deliveries and sampling, follow-up emails go out to gather the feedback.
Dictated visits
You record, the AI writes the write-up and proposes the next steps.
Automatic follow-ups
Emails after deliveries and samples to gather the feedback.
Orders and samples
Progress, fulfilment and response to sampling by customer.
Exposure and complaints
Overdue, credit limit and open disputes next to revenue.
03 · Texchain
The supply chain becomes data readable from the finished garment
Texchain gathers composition, origin, processing, certifications and supply-chain steps and publishes them in a digital passport reachable by QR code on the garment: one record per model, per batch or per individual piece. The European requirement for textiles arrives with the ESPR delegated act — anyone who gets there with supply-chain data already structured is ahead.
Supply-chain mapping
Data model, ERP integration, QR codes and identifiers by model, batch or piece.
Maintained platform
Hosting and regulatory updates: the passport stays compliant when the rules change.
A project of its own
Independent of the dashboards: assessed and quoted on the real supply-chain scope.

Texhub, where the data is entered and read
Which data are you actually missing? One call is enough to find out.
